Put a transistor in the output, a resistor linked to the base , and a zener diode of 6 volt in the base and the ground.

try with 1mH inductor and 47uF and 470uF capacitors. using 500 ohms resistor u can get 0.4v varition. try out at 1k @ 0.1v varition
