Hexadecimal counter

Working on a project for class, we are working on a stopwatch and it is supposed to count base 10 (which I would make it do) but I decided hex would be easier for the online version. I also realize the oscillator has a very high frequency, I did this only to speed up the simulated version. The real deal will end up having a slower oscillator

You might need to adjust the circuit for your initial 'UP' input with the cap charging, it will always skip the first number going straight to '2'. A quick fix might be putting a zener diode in front of the UP input. Do know about in practice, but it works in the simulation.
