you can adjust frequency by changeing value on the most left voltage source. this source must be above middle (2.5V)  this circuit grantee 50% width. 4 transistor bridge applied because Trigger is not perfectly aligned to center, so 2.5V middle can vary from 2.3 to 2.7V
