555 Circuit Recreated

The internal circuitry of a 555 timer chip recreated from scratch and setup to act as a simple voltage oscillator. Flip the switch and after a short delay the voltmeter at the output should start oscillating. It may take a few seconds for the timer to start oscillating. Wait for it and it should work. (NOTE: If you try to start the simulation with the switch already closed you may get an error message saying CANNOT FIND SOLUTION. This seems to be an issue EveryCircuit has when trying to calculate feedback based systems.) I'm not sure that this is recreating the 555 100%, but after recreating the diagrams I found and following a simple 555 project I found on Youtube, the circuit seems to be responding close to the real thing. If you find a 555 diagram online you can use that to see where the input pins should be. I left out the reset pin PNP channel in this example as it was causing problems.
