Schmitt Trigger

I made this to help explain how the Schmitt Trigger works. The SPDT switches vary the input signal(Green). I did this to "simulate" an unstable/noisy signal if you will(havnt figured out another way to do it yet). The output(Blue on the O-scope display) shows that as long as the input signal surpasses the threshold(~2.5v) it will output a 10v pulse with the same width as the input signal. Note: To those that are more experienced than if you have any suggestions or care to elaborate in a more understanding way please do. I'm still learning :-) and helpful criticism is always welcome.
