Cell phone charger prototype

Prototype for cell phone charger. 
Needs more work 
Seems underpowered need to tweak components. 
Original schematic has a 10:1 transformer that I replaced with a 12V to simplify design 
Original schematic has a 7805 voltage regulator before USB port (meters) but can’t fin it as an option here. 
Output after the bridge rectifier shows AC instead of DC, I’m not seeing something (will come back to this later
Output requirements = 20W (9V/2.2A)
