U need to replace 1k with 200ohm..

1. the zener diode is not needed because its zener voltage will never reached (LED voltage is 2V). A simple diode is doing the job to reverse-charge the cap. 2. 230Vrms is in peak 325V! Don't forget EC amplitude @ voltage sources is peak value and not RMS!

It just drops the voltage as its reactance is very high...
