Actually by definition, an autotransformer has only one winding and either some number of taps along its length, or a movable wiper, as with a variac. They have the notable advantage of higher power density than a conventional transformer, but at the cost of losing isolation between input and output. To simulate one in EC, connect the primary and secondary in series such that they are in phase and put a source across both and a load across any of the tap points for a step down and for a set up, reverse source and load.
