Two bulbs are dependent on each other

We have two light bulbs and switches to them, respectively. The first switch includes a first light bulb, the second bulb as well, but at the same time two light bulbs can not be turned on. DC - 6 volts; Bulbs - 1 volt; Resistor - 50 ohms.
