Binary counter to generate linear steps, a bunch of voltage dividers that puts the transistor in its logarithmic zone, inverting op-amp to make the higher voltages correspond to the largest steps + general amplification, op with bias to make the output voltage positive.

I’m trying to get my arduino mkrzero to control the vco of a 4046 chip, that vco is linear.
