First: you do not make it clear what is what, maybe a little description would be nice. Second: This circuit is dependent on the load. So at high impedance load and low current setting say 50mA, it'll have very long settling time and won't respond quickly. Also the 1uF can degrade the stability. But it's quite a nice circuit using high side current sensing.
