Its really 325 volts peak.

You're working with an RMS of 162 V

Sure to get 220 Vrms on sinusoidal voltage, you have to increase source value to 325 V (peak value). In the same time you should adjust capacitor to 1 μF and resistor to 15 KΩ.

this is EXCAKTLY what those chineese cheap led lamps does. And that is also why they flicker. they flicker a lot more when on 220v 50hz than on 110v 60hz. but they flicker.
