Nice circuit but why use an inductor when you're within the audio spectrum. Simpler oscillators exist which cover the audio range like phase shift oscillators wien bridge oscillators and even a multivibrator with some tweaks. I recommend you increase the frequency up to 1Mhz so it would become an excellent RF oscillator.

And just if I try to build it. Are there any specific notes on the transistors diodes and the coil?

I was going to try it with BC337 and BC327 because they'll handle 500mA. Bias resistors to suit. Coil can be anything, even small ones

Yeah but the coil determines the frequency (with the capacitor) so if you want a specific frequency you have to determine an exact value for the inductor

I don't have any ideal frequency requirements. 100uH sounds easy.
