Using a voltage divider network, we can control when the CMOS switches a relay on/off to connect the mains charging circuit to maintain some energy in our system overnight to help reduce total drain on the battery (1F capacitor)

Potentiometer included to fine adjust the cut-on/off point of the CMOS

Adjust the left-most voltage source to whatever your panel output would be
