When logic input is 0 the flip flop is latched. 1 input enables flip flop.

Maaan it can be done using one simple AND gate and one capacitor with resistor. Rest stays as it stays. (Oh and switch is required only single throw type double throw is too much) 5 nand gates it is ammout neeed for whole computer :-) always encourage ppl to not waste resources cuz we loose respect to ourself creations. Tell ya one and gate ( must test if diode logic gate will enable latch memory if yes then it can be even simplier) and RC network ( r can be ommited but this wil, be too mucj)
