Ok good, you have this one scoped already. Proper diagnosis by choosing two transistors, and highlight the the base and collector nodes of each. Have you noticed the "skipping" in this circuit? How it pauses I mean- I see another irregularity on the scope as well. It's the same issue as the larger circuit.

You probably meant something like in another circuit i posted today? I looked through old files in my comp, and saw that I had 5 variants of this three-phase guy, with various combinations of resistors, caps, an diodes in feedback branches :)
