LM311 is a comparator with open collector !and! open emitter output. Its up to you to use it as common collector or common emitter. Anyway if you model it within EC you need to swap the OpAmp input terminals cuz the extra BJT does invert the signal. Check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6484556848037888
