Why is this powersupply doing what it is supposed to do??? Output should be around +347mV and -347mV... I don`t know what to do.. could someone please help me out? Thanks in advance

Your transformer and AC source are not designed correctly. The AC source should be 220V/50-60Hz. You should also correct the primary turns of the transformer. They should be 110 each. Aah and a recommendation too. Increase the filtering cap a notch. Instead of 100uF make it 1000uF

Try turn up voltage source to 35,7V

@thebugger I changed everything to how you said it, could you take a look at it now? :)

I changed to separate center tap ground on transformer secondary and removed connection from the center of middle 2 - 1mF capacitors. Make sure diode area behind trans. secondary is truly symmetrical. It seems an imbalance in how wires got routed.
