The coil of this type of mechanical 7seg is prohibited from being energized at all times.
Therefore, a pulse circuit using a capacitor like this is necessary.
The upper button is for ON/OFF control of one seg, and the lower button is for reset, which can initialize all segs by forcibly reversing the power supply.
