There is no mystery here. It ''is'' a few parts, mostly dc and some ac sinus before the diode.

Capacitance whose u can adjust in led options cause this. ...btw current do not "flow" current forming charges can flow. Current = Flow as words. So flow of hmm flow??

The current is only 20nA dude. It's just leakage current from the reverse blocking.
