Tip30/29CG  in Darlington configuration to create a VBE multiplier aimed for 70v drop at 1VBE=1.4v
VCE\VBE=1+R1/R2
VCE can’t exceed 100V
400v rated tfmr.  342v AC actual at voltmeter.  Rms=TfmrRMS-10%loss
12AX supply to the right.  Calculated 360v/3.3mAx2=55kohm -> 300V/3.3mAx2=45kohm, so the supply resistance was the difference b/t those

Possible inrush limiter on the bottom at flip flop, but wasn’t helpful.  Need help with this. I’m mechanical engineer not electrical.
