Adding a feedback with an n-MOS and a dc voltage control to the square-triangle generator we can control the oscillator frequency by changing the dc voltage at the integrator. The n-MOS switch synchronizes the integrator with the square generator making the waves more controlled. By changing the 50k resistance on the positive feedback of the Schmitt trigger you control the thresholds and so the amplitude of the triangle wave.

can you please design a VCO that Its frequency is needed to be controlled from a control input and a triangular wave with 10 Hz generates and the out put should be also a traingular or square wave with range between 1KHZ and 20KHz
