Nice! That work! In the future, if you will use a 555 timer with two operational amplifiers as driver for those transistors you will be able to control the voltage and the frequency and to increase the efficiency and stability.

Nice but i have a fewremarks to make. First it does not produce 220V but 300V. Second the frequency is 4Hz and it should be 60Hz. Once again nice job on the regenerative inverter but you still have to tweek it a little in order to make it work flawlessly.
