1V per octave sequencer

The counter counts to 4, the next is a decoder and then a bunch of voltage dividers giving 1V, 1+7/12V, 2V and 2+7/12V which should correspond to C1, G1, C2 and G2 I think. Tonic, fifth, octave, fifth!
