This is a LED flasher with 12 LEDs (6 colors & pairs). Before this i created LED flasher which had 6 leds (3 pairs) , this flasher flashes the LED from left to right and the row situated below does it from right to left serially at a fast rate. just wait for 8-15 secs for it to work or shake your phone to inject noise & start the circuit...
