A battery, an oscillator (very important a.c.) square or sinusoidally and many more cells like these. You can get many, many, many volts. Why?... To joking, not to kill. Danger, can give strong electric shocks Only you are responsible what you do.

you can make it less dangerous by lowering the capacitors by a factor of thousand and use nano instead of uF which will be expensive for higher voltages. Suppose to supply this from mains😁

That's true. I used 9v battery to get a 2x4'5v square wave and 6 modules like this. A get ~100v.

Capacitors were 300v 100nf. Too big. I needed an DIN A4 board πŸ˜€πŸ˜€... And this all to get only 100v.
