Ballistic simulator

This circuit is an analog computer that simulates ballistics of a gun shell when launched at different elevation angles. To change this angle adjust the potentiometer. Notice that the trajectory is not exactly a parabola which is the effect of velocity-proportional air friction which is also taken into account in the simulation! UPD: Tuned a few parameters to increase the output voltage range.

Cool, nice would a console for all parameters. I was also thinking about such a circuit, but as german I sikipped that ;-)

Thanks for comments, guys! hurz, the DC source 3.8 V (left top) controls gravity force, two RC circuits nearby 10 kOhm * 100 nF (must be the same) control the velocity decay (i.e., air friction). I might add some more potentiometers and circuitry to adjust these parameters, if I get some motivation ;)

How is the maths. Behind it?! What are those opamps doing?! If you could provide some info. Would be thankful.

Considering basic physics calculations, the longest shot should occur at 45°. Nothing we cannot achieve by adjust the parameters. This graph seems to consider air friction! That is amazing!
