Reverse-engineered schematics of small relay UPS I've found on Aliexpress. Here 12 V source is a wall adapter input while 12.6 V is backup 3S battery. The switching occurs when the primary source falls below 10.7 V.

12 V, 6 W lightbulb is your typical Wi-Fi router consumption.
