Output is going in race around condition...output depends on initial state of output....Try with other simulators...... i will suggest one correction...Use Nand instead of And...you will get a flipflop...with 0 0 input will give output as 1 1.....with 0 1 as input, output is 1 0 .....with 1 0 as input, output is 0 1...... 1 1 as input will not change the output(buffer) ....
