In which country we have 258Vpeak? And I wont try it cuz the 100Ohm resistor is way to big for my taste, probably even bigger than a little transformer.

SMPS stands for Switched-Mode Power Supply. This does not qualify. Its just a PS. Not trying to be a dink, I just thought you should know the diff. If it's just a typo don't mind me.
