maybe your 470 nF , change it to 470uF

I want to use it as an on-off push buton. With one push buton I must command(on-off) any device. I will connect a relay which will be parallel to one of resistors. There is an error in this circuit but I couldn't understand where/which...perhaps concerning with capasitors...

Changed it from nF to uF, but didn't run/work stably.

It is not really a simple circuit. Try not to get to far ahead of yourself- maybe get some practice with multivibrators first- it will help, promise..
