4 digits in 1 indicator. В этой схеме участвует 4 семисегментных индикатора, подключенных параллельно к одному дешифратору. Значение числа каждого из них задается в двоичном коде. Для каждого разряда индикаторов вместе с информационным задается адресный вход. Адресные и информационные  входы переключаются между собой с высокой частотой.

There are 4 four bit inputs. Starting with the top left input. This circuit cycles through the 4 inputs. It looks like the BJTs are used to indicate what signals appear on the bus.
