This is a frequency multiplier circuit which produces 30 MHz sine wave output from 10 MHz sine wave input using class-C BJT amplifier with LC resonator tuned to 30 MHz. The resonant frequency of the LC tank can be tuned to the harmonic frequency of the input (second, third, etc.)
