Attempt to simulate 38kHz oscillator driving 13 LEDs using a 555 timer. The 1microohm resistor is a current sense resistor for probing total current through the transistor (Red trace). Use the pot to tune the output frequency. The simulation timing is 26.3us/s to match the period for 38kHz to be one flash per second in the simulation.
