Very nice. Have you tested it in real life?

You are pretty good in electronics, you said that yourself, this circuits are very basic, they will work in real, why don't you test it?.................. .............................................................................You should be able to tell whether this circuits will work in real just by looking at them!

This seems to use the self capacitance of the leds so i asked because i can't test this circuit now

And not all the circuits can be classified as "working" or "not working" by just looking at them (only hurz seems to know that just by looking at a circuit)

No, it is not using leds capacitance, it is simpler than that, and you disappoint me, you attack others for their circuits, and yet a little simple circuit has you baffled???????????????????

I've just Asked if it works in real life because i really need a simple sr latch in my circuits. And i've tested it so thanks in any case

OK, I am calm down, I assumed you were putting me down, my mistake and forgive me. No problem, yeah this is a good simple latch, I expect it to work fine, but I will board it for a test.

The mosfet flipflop in simulation gives out 5 volts, I don't have any mosfets to try. One possible candidate: BS170 MOSFET N-CH 60V 500MA TO-92 FSC.

I tried with 2n3904 transistors but i'll try with mosfets

I also tried same transistor. : ( NG.

Tomorrow i'm going to try with some fets founded in a broken switching psu
