Primary side parasitics due to leakage inductance of transformer and input capacitance of the switch in a flyback converter topology. The relay is used to simulate the ideal switch. The 100nF cap represents an exaggerated input capacitance.

You want to smooth out the noise? Use a diode across the inductor of the relay and a big cap to ground.
