Press the button and wait for cap to build up charge. You now have 1GV to fry any electronics you could think of. You can make bigger voltages with a constant current source attached to a capacitor, but it constantly goes up. This one is stable. It seems that the VCVS has a limit of 1GV, but it often cannot find solution before it gets there. This seems to get around this. Actually, a regular voltage source can do this, but this is more fun.
