This is an attempt to build a 12 volt power invertor using everycircuit example Astable multivibrator, whitch has two states, neither of which is stable. It generates square waves by continuously switching between the states. Capacitors define the oscillation frequency.

No, you're way off. Also these type of invertors are not stable, they're load specific and the output varies within a huge margin of error, sometimes swinging to up to 1kV pk-pk when no load is attached.
