Triangle to Sawtooth

Hi guys,

Just something I was trying out of the blue.
I want to generate a triangle wave using the 555 timer instead of the a source. 
Sawtooth needs to have a negative portion too.

Haven't been very successful. Any ideas for me?

Full bridge rectifier does not anything. Just for fun.
