Didn't try terribly hard with this one, but it turned out better than I thought it would. Output doesn't go rail to rail, this is its limit into 8Ω with this power supply.
It's quite fast. At a lower output voltage (7Vamp) and 50Ω load, it will run happily at 600kHz:
