Its an aircore transformer with an oscillator.
Make sure you put a heatsink on the transistor if you power it above 3V 1,5A.
(its a fun project for beginners)

I do not expect an coupling coefficient of 0.999 for an air coil. And 10H is also much to big. EC default setting for transformer are more for iron core coupling. Keep it up.

Oscillation looks a bit odd don't you think? Its an indication of undersampling a circuit. Go down in simspeed to see 2 or even only 1 periode of oscillation to come close whats really happening.
