5W LED lamp driven from 230V 50Hz AC

My 5W LED lamp broke so I opened its case and got this schematic. Tried in this simultor and it works just fine.

Actually its series combination of number of LEDs thats why high voltage rating

I calculated about 80 standard leds in an array, right?

Its not standard LED, its bright white high power LED, number was about 15-20 in series.

Try to count then excatly, 15 or 20? I guess there are 16.
