Cmos memory 3 bit

Hit the top one-way switch for importing the memory, and the two-way switches for storing the "1" or "0", for each 3-bit, which is "0" to "3", a combination of 2^3=8(Choice of "0" or "1" to the power of number of bits). Does any one know how much 1s or 0s in 1 bite? Comment if you know. I think MOSFETs have memory, because of ions line up in the metal-oxide of the Mosfets, I'm guessing.
