Someone can explain why the DC side is not working properly? Both 100ohm resistor is just there to simulate a load. The 1Mohm resistor is the bleeding resistor for the capacitor. The SPDT switch is the AC DC selector. The transformer is there to simulate the auto transformer (Variac).

It’s a grounding problem. Remove the ground you have then connect ground point to the junction of the two diode anodes and it’ll work. It’s also worth reducing the capacitor to 1mF and winding the timebase up a bit so things settle faster. You’ll notice that when you switch in the load the ripple increases. Since the scope auto ranges it’s often useful to monitor the ground point too. Hope this helps.
