This and gate can be used in positive logic. I took long time to invent this circuit. Please look it!

I understand you spent a long time to develope this circuit- what did you want to accomplish? How is this one better than a two transistor AND gate?..

To Sine_eyed. I am studying circuit by myself. I tried to realize a two transistor AND gate. But it wasn't able to realize. So I invented this.

I can understand what you're saying just fine, so don't trouble yourself worrying. I wouldn't do as well speaking Japanese, trust me (i still can't get the pronunciation of "hikooki" just right). I can try to help you with these logic gates here if you like..
