Wait a little bit between switch. Off state consume less than 100uA. Component doesn't have to be highly respected. Except the 500k/25k witch have to be 20/1. This is minimalist. But appear efficient. Didn't test in real

Still one thing that could be ameliorate. When you switch the supply on, it turn into a weird state. If someone know what to do.
