If I remove the capacitor and the feedback resistor the circuit will run at a much lower frequency and input voltage . What would the disadvantage be if I did so?

I removed the capacitor and the feedback resistor that you said, but the circuit ran at the frequency of the before removed circuit. If you remove the feedback resistor, the circuit get a lower input impedance and a higher output impedance. This means that the circuit go wrong from ideal properties of the Op-amp. In these others, the increase of the gain change, deterioration of the frequency properties and a non-linear distortion occur. I cannot word English well, because I'm not American. If there is a funny sentence, I'm sorry.
