Modeling a ~2ms transient filter for OVLO circuitry. Used to filter out transient events from true over voltage events.
Output of op-amp is SMPS “output”. If transient is longer than ~2ms the OVLO circuitry will detect it as a true over voltage condition and shut off the output.
Extra capacitor is for testing a “what if” scenario, e.g., what if somehow a 100pf cap was accidentally put in place of the 10k resistor…? No more transient filter, i.e., ANY over voltage event will shut off the output.
Control the duty on the source to see the effect.
