sump pit water level display

A simple LED display arrangement to visually show remotely (hardwired to another room) the water level in a sump pit. There is 1 (power on) switch. The rest of the switches represent probes placed in the pit to show the water levels corresponding to 3 pumps (one light is at pump should run level) and one at (pump must have failed level). Each tier of lights indicates a higher (OH SHIT!) something must have failed level. The switch on the top left indicates the pit overflowed and you better get your mop bucket. Under normal conditions the green power on light should be on. If there is water in the pit the blue light should remain lit. If it gets to a pump-able level only the lower singles should ever light. I tried to keep the mA low to run off 9v to power it separately from the 12v battery for my backup pump (3rd and highest pump in pit).
