Simple VAS and Power - bootstrap capacitor. Amplifier

Simple voltage amplifier stage followed by power stage, and a bootstrap cap. It increases almost by a factor of 2 the overall gain. But simulation with Spice also shows an increase of distorsion THD-1 and THD-20.
